Our website system is designed to be a free add-on service that is bundled together with other services you are paying for. There are a number of limitations in place with our free add-on service such as a 1 GB storage space limit.

SHS respects U.S. intellectual property laws, and prohibits the posting of materials that infringe the intellectual property rights of others. SHS shall terminate the user account(s) of repeat infringers of U.S. copyright law.
SHS has a policy to respond to conforming notices of alleged copyright infringement as provided for by the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Regardless of whether SHS is liable for any alleged copyright infringement under any local, state, or U.S. law, we may remove material that is the subject of such a notice and follow the DMCA counter-notification procedure. Any notice of alleged copyright infringement must be consistent in form with that suggested by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

6. Privacy Policy
In this privacy policy we describe the information we collect, how we use that information, and details about who we share information with.

10. General
You agree that SHS shall be deemed solely based in Florida and that these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, then the remaining Terms of Service shall still be valid and remain in full force and effect. The failure of SHS to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
